Unwanted Goods

Any item(s) can be returned within 14 days of your receipt of the goods provided that the goods are returned in their original packaging and condition.  Any costs associated with the return (excluding goods returned due to damage) will be the responsibility of you, the customer. 

In addition to the returns policy and in line with the UK Trading Standards Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) you have up to 7 days, beginning the day after receipt to cancel your order with Garador Limited for a full refund.  Once you have informed us of your decision to cancel, you have up to 28 days in which to return the goods at your own expense. 

Goods should be returned with a copy of the original despatch note highlighting the goods which are being returned, and clearly marked for the attention of 'RETURNS'. Garador cannot be held responsible for returned items mislaid during delivery and therefore recommend that goods are returned via recorded delivery.

Please allow up to 5 working days from receipt of return for us to process any refund which may be applicable.

Incorrect items received / Damaged Items

If the incorrect goods have been received and are not what was originally ordered, or the goods are damaged or faulty please contact our Customer Call Center on 01935 443700.  You must contact us within 5 working days of receipt quoting your order number and if you require a replacement for the goods or a refund.  Garador will then advise you on how to proceed with any returns.
