Returns Policy - Unwanted Goods

Any item(s) can be returned within 14 days of your receipt of the goods provided that the goods are returned in their original packaging and condition.  Any costs associated with the return (excluding goods returned due to damage) will be the responsibility of you, the customer. 

In addition to the returns policy and in line with the UK Trading Standards Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) you have up to 7 days, beginning the day after receipt to cancel your order with Garador Limited for a full refund.  Once you have informed us of your decision to cancel, you have up to 28 days in which to return the goods at your own expense. 

Goods should be returned with a copy of the original despatch note highlighting the goods which are being returned, and clearly marked for the attention of 'RETURNS'. Garador cannot be held responsible for returned items mislaid during delivery and therefore recommend that goods are returned via recorded delivery.

Please allow up to 5 working days from receipt of return for us to process any refund which may be applicable.

Incorrect items received / Damaged Items

If the incorrect goods have been received and are not what was originally ordered, or the goods are damaged or faulty please contact our Customer Call Center on 01935 443700. You must contact us within 5 working days of receipt quoting your order number and if you require a replacement for the goods or a refund. Garador will then advise you on how to proceed with any returns.


If when you have received an order an item is missing please contact our Customer Call Center on 01935 443700 within 5 working days of receipt quoting your order number. Garador can then further investigate the reasons for the shortage and advise you as appropriate.


Garador spares and accessories are manufactured to the highest quality standards, and the purchaser is granted a warranty covering the safe and reliable function of all spares for a period of 12 months. 

In the unlikely event of a warranty claim becoming necessary, please contact Garador Warranty on 01935 443700 with details of the claim, including your order number and proof of purchase. An assessment of the claim can then be made.

Warranty claims are only applicable in the country where the spares were purchased and only covers damage to the contract object.  During the warranty period we undertake to rectify any and all defects to the Garador product which can be proved to be attributed to a material or manufacturing fault.  We pledge at our discretion either to exchange the defective merchandise for faultless merchandise, repair it or allow a reduction in price.  We do not accept costs for dismantling and installation nor for carriage.

Privacy and confidentiality will be maintained in all dealings with Garador Limited.  We do not pass any personal information to any third party and will only use information lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Force Majeure

Garador endeavour to hold sufficient stock to meet your order there may be times when your goods are unavailable for immediate despatch.  Garador shall have no liability to you for any delivery failure or delay in supply or delivery, or for any damaged or defective goods supplied.

Since the company's policy is one of continuous improvement of its products, we reserve the right to make any alterations in design, manufacture or price.  All business is governed by the company's Standard Conditions and  this website does not form any part of any contract with the company and statements contained in it should not be construed as representations or warranties.
